About the event
In this workshop, we will journey thru the 7 main chakras of the body. We will discuss what they are, how they work, and go over affirmations and energy work to help heal each one. Trinity will end the night with a short meditation and healing circle.
Trinity is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui tradition. She has been teaching others about Reiki, energy work, and meditations for over a decade.
Registration is appreciated for planning purposes. Workshop is $30 per person.
